  Every single time I call there's no answer and when I do get through they put me on hold for another 15 minutes. It s ridiculous and shouldn't have to happen every single time I am trying to pay my bill. The customer service is the worst when it come to phone services.

  Recently purchased a new home and was super excited to come to badcock because I love their furniture. the store opens at 1 o'clock on sundays and (with doors unlocked) I began to walk in at 12:59 some lady screamed from the back of the store that I needed to wait outside until 1. The way she addressed me was got me by surprise. Very rude and all because of 1 minute. I would have had no problem waiting but for further reference IF YOUR NOT OPEN. DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOORS UNLOCKED. And that one minute difference caused you a lost sale. Thanks for nothing badcock.
