  We ordered a chaise cushion in May. It arrived within the 4-6 weeks that they had said that it would and was well packaged. It was the correct size and fabric, etc., but when I inspected it, it was clear that one layer of the cushion material on the bottom half of the seat section had been cut too narrowly, making the edges cave in and one of the corners was sagging with extra material. I would expect this of a Lowes/Home Depot cushion, but not one that I had paid $180 for. The really disappointing part is that I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone in customer service to call me back about it, and I can't get them to respond at all. Truly disappointing. Do not order cushions from this company! **Update: 6/28/17 I was finally contacted by Cushion Connection. After sending them pictures of the cushion's problem areas, they are sending me an entirely new cushion at no expense to me, which is more than fair in my opinion. So I'm upgrading them to 3 stars from 1. While I'm happy with the resolution, I am disappointed that the original cushion wasn't made properly and that I had so much trouble contacting them.
