  I went here to purchase a suit about a year ago. The staff was helpful when picking out my suit, and helping to fit me for alterations. However, when I wore it for the first time I noticed that the back pants pocket had been sewn into the seam where they had been taken in. (Not sure if I tried it on when I picked it up, initially.) I took it back in to have it corrected, which they promised to do. An inconvenience, but not the end of the world. This would be a 4-star review if it weren't for the below situation. Some time has passed since I picked up the repaired pants (which I didn't check for correctness, assuming the job was done). I tried the suit on again today, and found that the issue wasn't addressed. I no longer live in Rock Hill and I'm disappointed that I now have to waste more time going to another Jos A Bank location to request that they actually repair the pants that I expected to be ready to wear.
