  I was trying to get a quote for some flooring this afternoon and when I called this place the number went to voicemail. I couldn't leave a voicemail because the box was full. About 20 minutes later I got a call back and the guy that called me told me "yeah I need to purge my voicemails". I asked for a quote on a 3,700SF carpet tile install in Fort Mill and he told me that I would be charged for the quote. He said he used to not charge for the quotes but he couldn't do that anymore. I told him that I already had 3 other carpet companies coming out to give me a quote and he said "well good luck! and then mumbled something under his breath and then hung up on me." This is not good service and I'm not sure how this company has stayed in business since 1949 if that's how they treat their prospective new customers. I will not be doing business with this company and I would not recommend them. The only reason I gave one star is because there wasn't an option to give ZERO stars.
