  Horrible customer service!!! Did I say HORRIBLE!!!!??? The man up front needs a serious lesson in how to treat a customer. My daughter made a mistake and got a DUI. Part of her "paying for it" is to have an interlock device installed. She has to report every month to have it "reset". These people down there treat her like trash because they are the only ones in town that do this kind of "service" and they know they can get away with it!!! I own a small business in town and if i treated my customers the way these people do.....I would have been out of business a LONG time ago!!! Save your money and your time(because they are always SLAMMED according to the guy that is up front) and find a decent service that actually cares about you and your time!!!!

  Called to book an apt. The employee was so rude, this was the most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever had. Everything I asked was answered with a blunt short “yes” or “no.” This place needs a lesson on how to talk to customers. You want people’s business but you’re not inviting or approachable. Definitely lost my business. Go elsewhere.
